CHOLLO SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Chollo. We are committed to delivering your order safely and efficiently. Please read our Shipping & Delivery Policy before placing your order.
1. Delivery Areas
Chollo currently delivers throughout South Africa.
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer international shipping. Should this change in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.
2. Processing Time
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Once your order has been successfully placed and payment has been confirmed, we aim to dispatch your order within 1–3 business days, subject to stock availability.
Orders placed after business hours, on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3. Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times are:
- Major metropolitan areas: 2–5 business days
- Regional and outlying areas: 3–7 business days
- Remote locations: Up to 10 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier schedules, weather conditions, public holidays or circumstances beyond our control.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on your delivery address, parcel size and weight.
From time to time, Chollo may offer free delivery promotions, which will be subject to specific promotional terms and conditions.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information, where available.
Customers are encouraged to monitor their shipment directly with the courier.
6. Delivery Requirements
Please ensure that:
- Your delivery address is complete and accurate.
- Someone is available to receive the parcel during business hours where required.
- A valid contact number is provided should the courier need to reach you.
Additional delivery charges may apply if a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts.
7. Delivery Delays
While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:
- Adverse weather conditions.
- Public holidays.
- Courier operational delays.
- Industrial action.
- Natural disasters.
- High order volumes.
Chollo shall not be held liable for delays outside of our reasonable control; however, we will always do our best to keep you informed.
8. Damaged or Missing Deliveries
If your parcel arrives damaged, incomplete or appears to have been tampered with, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Where possible, please provide:
- Your order number.
- Photographs of the packaging.
- Photographs of the damaged product(s).
We will investigate the matter and work towards an appropriate resolution as quickly as possible.
9. Risk and Ownership
Ownership of the goods transfers to you once full payment has been received.
Risk in the goods passes to you upon successful delivery to the address provided during checkout.
10. Incorrect Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all delivery information is correct at the time of placing an order.
Chollo cannot be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery details supplied by the customer.
11. Multiple Suppliers
As Chollo is an online marketplace, products ordered together may occasionally be shipped separately from different suppliers or fulfilment locations.
Where this occurs, you will be notified, and separate tracking information may be provided where available.
